How much is the delivery charge?
At the moment we have a minimum order spend of £40 and this will include the delivery charge so you wont have any extra charge on the order.
How do you package the product?
Our sustainable packaging is made from sheep’s wool, a natural insulator that is far more effective at keeping produce at the correct temperature than any other insulation. So much so that in tests, our pouches kept food safely chilled for a full 24 hours* - 60% longer than other alternatives.
What Courier company do you use?
We currently use APC for our deliveries to maintain the quality of service and on time deliveries.
Will you let me know when it’s been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We will then sort the order ready for dispatch. When this has been processed, you will receive an email of fulfilment. Any changes made after the order, be it refund or an add on, will also be emailed to you.
Is there a minimum order spend?
The minimum order spend is £40 online due to the delivery charge being incorporated into the order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes - we understand that in some cases the order or requirements needed would be much easier to place over the phone to our sales team, who will be happy to help.
